  • After pleading no contest to battery charges, Rainford was recently released from jail after serving just 24 days of his 227 day sentence
  • "The caller stated he believed the suspicious person was the man he recently saw on the news, who attacked Miss Hilton's male acquaintance
  • According to a statement released by the L.A. County Sheriff's Department, operators were alerted to a "suspicious person standing on the beach" Monday afternoon
